Komma ist die Kommunikations-App der Malteser Werke. Exklusiv für Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Malteser Werke.

Mit über 2000 Mitarbeitern sind die Malteser Werke in der Flüchtlingshilfe, in der Jugend- und Suchthilfe und als Träger von Schulen deutschlandweit tätig. Bei unserer Arbeit steht der Mensch stets im Mittelpunkt. Und so stehen auch bei komma die Menschen im Mittelpunkt – hier sind es vor allem unsere Mitarbeiter, die sich auf rund 90 Einrichtungen verteilen und die bei Komma zusammenfinden.

Bei komma siehst du, was deine Kollegen und Kolleginnen machen und kannst zeigen, was dich selbst umtreibt. Mit der App weißt du immer, was los ist in der Malteser Werke Welt in deiner Umgebung und bereichsübergreifend. Du findest Kollegen aus deinem nächsten Umfeld, aus anderen Einrichtungen und aus ganz Deutschland.

Komma ist der Ort, an dem du dich mit deinen Kollegen austauschen kannst, teilen kannst was dich umtreibt und bewegt. Ihr könnt besondere Malteser-Momente miteinander teilen, gemeinsam diskutieren und einander um Rat bitten.
